What Is ZacTrac?

An Emerging Approach to Targeted Relief.

ZacTrac is an emerging physical therapy approach focused on Targeted Neuromuscular Tension Patterns (TNTPs)—specific patterns that may contribute to pain, restricted movement, or reduced function. A pattern may be at or near the painful area, or it may contribute to referred symptoms elsewhere. For example, headache or migraine pain may be felt in the forehead or behind the eye even when the contributing pattern is elsewhere in the head or neck, and hip pain may be influenced by a pattern in the low back.

Individual responses vary. ZacTrac is an evolving approach supported by clinical observations, not established comparative research. ZacTrac is a brand name, not an acronym.
